“ Earlier this evening, my buddy and I had easily the best experience going through a fast good drive thru. I forget the young man's name. He was probably around 18 - to 21 year old Latino male the time was around 7:45 p.m. or 19:45 October 6th 2023. first, he got our order correct, and even though it would have been Ok if anyone asked me or my friend for us to repeat our order but the young man read our order back 100 percent correct. We had a question about an add on the window and it was explained fully in detail. He was very professional, charismatic, and very personable. We said thank you and his manners were fantastic as well. As we drove away our order was correct but I loomed over at my friend and said I think that was bar none the most pleasant experience I ever had going through a fast food drive through. My friend agreed. I sincerely hope this man or young man is reconized and sincerely deserves all but kind words from management because he is a very big asset to your company with a great work ethic. Defenitly will be back and thank you so very much ”
